What information does customer service need when I inquire about my product?
Before contacting customer service, please have your order number available. The order number is located on a sticker on the back of the headrail of the blind/shade or on the door panel of shutters. Customer Service will also need the date of purchase, size (width and length), and color of your product.

How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address listed on the order. You can also access your tracking number via the Order Status .
What if I receive a defective product?

What if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product or the product that was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Custom products can not be returned or exchanged as they are built to your specifications.

Repair & Replacement
Do you carry replacement parts for discontinued LEVOLOR products?
Once a product has been discontinued, the product parts are available for a limited time. Please contact us to check on the components’ availability. If the parts are available and fall under the product’s warranty, we will honor the warranty. When the parts are no longer available and not under warranty, we recommend Fix My Blinds | Do It Yourself Blind Repair for finding compatible replacements. Note: LEVOLOR® is not affiliated with Fix My Blinds. Pricing and policies are solely those of Fix My Blinds.
How do I get a repair for a Trim+Go™ product purchased at Lowe’s?
Trim+Go™ products are covered against manufacturing defects under the https://theprotectorsblinds.com/ ® Limited Lifetime Warranty. If it is within 90 days of purchase, please return the product along with the sales receipt to Lowe’s. For additional assistance, contact https://theprotectorsblinds.com/ ® Customer Service.

Shipping & Delivery
If multiple products are in an order, are they shipped together?
Each product is shipped as soon as it is ready, so one order may have multiple shipments.
What is the delivery time for my order?
On average, our custom products are manufactured in 5-7 business days and sent via standard shipping.
What courier delivery service do you use?
Our products are shipped via FedEx. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Generally, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays. or national holidays.
What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges are free to all states except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have a flat $35 surcharge. Effective on 1/16/23 for all US accounts*, a flat rate freight charge of $115 will be added to all orders with any product that has a width 84″ and greater. Vertical orders with a length ≥84″ will also be charged the $115 freight charge. The $115 charge is a flat rate per order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship products within the the United States of America.
